Who is in charge here?

YOU.  WHAT Fest is a festival celebrating our family of WHATonaughts in search of good times, good tunes, groovy art, new perspectives and life long friends.  Therefore we all must come together to clean up after ourselves, help our neighbors and respect the WHAT vibe so it may live on until our next rendezvous. Realize the power of YES! Be kind. Be courteous. Be clean.
